Is Bush an undercover Chinese Communist Party member bent on destroying USA?

During breakfast this morning, my dad accused Bush of being an undercover CCP member hell-bent on destroying our country. He said the signs are obvious: the 9/11 attack on on the Trade Center and Pentagon occured soon after HE came into office (possibly responsible for the negotiations with terrorists?), then invading Iraq out of the blue, turning our surplus into deficit and cutting off funds to our military necessary to upgrade with new equipment, and then deregulating our economy, causing marking failure, and NOW urgently wants to p the bailout plan (which will only work temporary and does nothing but increase inflation in our country and put more burden on the shoulders of the taxpayers). Is my dad's essment right? He has a Ph.D, BTW.
