Friends pregnant and no legal status yet in the uk?

to add detail about the pregnant friend with no legal stays yet in the uk...this girl have been married for 8 years to a brit and both have been living in and out the country he dies when they were abroad and she comes to sort out her situation in the country,,,in the law she may have the right to apply to stay in the country but she don't even have any money to pay for the fee of the process and she have been abused and become pregnant she will definitely need health care...hospital cannot give her any care if she is not registered with a gp this is a very complicated situation and i need help and advice to help that girl..regarding my situation i only can afford a shelter and food for her ,
