Is Kevin Martin and Monta Ellis underrated?

They are very good scorers but people are always complaining about their defense. I think these two should at least be on the All star reserve. Sure they're bad defenders, Melo is too. Martin shot 38 % from the arc and 44 % from the field. Monta shot 45% from the field and 36% from the arc. That's pretty good in my opinion. Why didnt these guys get in the All star squad? Is it because they'reon losing teams? What about Kevin Love? he doesnt play very good defense. Pau Gasol doesnt play good defense. as i said before melo played bad defense.
