'Three little pigs' story now banned in brit schools because it might offend Muslims. Is this PC gone too far?

I have just read a story saying that the clic story of the three little pigs is banned because it could offend muslims. I was wondering if this is true and does it offend the muslim community, or is it PC gone too far? Thanks.
