How do you get over someone who does not feel the same way for you?
I did the online dating and met a man who lives 5 hours away from me. We started off as friends, lots of phone chatting and text messaging for 5 months. When we met in person, we were very attracted to eachother and decided to cross the friendship line. Since then, we have met two times & spent 3-4 days together each time & we continue talking on phone & share feelings & emotions with one another. Due to our distance, we were not sure which direction we were heading (Should we pursue a serious long distance relationship or be friends with benefits). After 5 mths, we decided to spend a week together to really get to know one another & make a final decision. We had a great time, all was good, lots of intimacy took place. I developed deeper feelings for him & wanted to try a LD relationship but he decided he couldn't do LD relationship or FWB. I don't understand what went wrong. We had a great time, feelings were developed and before he went home, we had pionate kiss farewell. It's been 3weeks now and I can't seem to get over him. I lost a good friend & a man I started to fall inlove with. Under the cirstances that ended on good terms, it's been hard for me to let go and move on as it feels like "unfinished business". I miss him & I still think of him. I am tempted to call him but I'm trying to hold on to my pride & not go begging. I know that women are emotional but what about men? I am left wondering, was it that easy for him to move on? Can a man truly just move on like it's nothing? I wonder if he still thinks of me and is tempted to call me as well? Feedbacks...anyone?
