I need a cheap dress that looks good?

My 14th birthday is coming up and me and my mates are going out for a meal. I really want an amazing dress that looks fab and no one else can beat. The only problem is i am on a very tight budget and don't want to spend loads of money. Help i need somewhere that has cheap but pretty dresses.
