Which RB to start this week?- Green-Ellis or Stephens-Howling?

Green-Ellis - he's significantly outscoring Stephens-Howling and has a great match up this week. Only the Cardinals and Broncos have allowed more fantasy points to RBs than the Lions - they've given up 1119 rushing yds, 484 receiving yds and 13 RB TDs already. In a short week where Brady hasn't practiced, I would expect to see a run heavy offense when the defense is this weak against the run.
