To love triangle or not to love triangle...should I write one in my novel?

I don't know why Hugh said ew, your novel sounds so interesting! I was captivated just by reading the summary! Anyway, to answer your question, I'd say include the love triangle. It'll spice up your novel & him touching her & dieing would add a dramatic twist, without it being Asher that dies. Personally I feel like if the protagonist is in a situation where she can't touch someone or they'll die, that somebody better die! Lol. However, if the genre of your novel is romance, I would say maybe make this new guy like her, but she doesn't like him back, sort of thing. Just because it wouldn't be very romantic if the girl stays with Asher just because the other guy died, you know?
