Seedy Toe and Sheep has anyone heard of this?

I think a lot of times what people call seedy toe is when you clip the wall of the hoof to the level of the sole and between the white line and the sole it is real separated and pithy looking and that is caused by damage to to tender lamni and it may be a sign of a degree of founder.
