Just got bfp and scared?

i have two children already but a couples months ago i had a miscarriage at 5w2d well today i found out i was pregnant again and though i found out a few days later then last time i am 5w1d today and scared that i might have a repeat i need some advice on how to cope with the fear of a pregnancy after a miscarriage
