Jpeg dll problem?

i have this problem in my sys that every 3 to 4 sec a pop up called "SVCHOST" opens saying " jpeg dll not found. you have to reinstall it. i scaned my sys suspecting it to be any malware causing it (i have nod 32) but nothing was found out.... so please help me out and tell me what is causing the problem and how to solve it..........
