Is he trying to show he loves me, or just playing games?

Ok here what you have to do, either get over him and leave, or you can Confront him tell him hwo you feel ask himto drop the act and say that you want to know why he is stalking you one day and leaving you the next, tell him you wont see him or talk to him unless he stops drugs goes back to cl and starts to live his life again. you cant be scared to talk to him because it sounds like he is aswell just .....help him, good luck :)
