Help, cat vomiting and blood in stools?
My five year old cat Zoe has been vomiting since last night, sometimes it her food and other times it has been this white liquid with what looks like flicks of blood. I wasn't too worried last night because every now and then she throws up for a night but feels fine later. When I got home late this night after work, she had vomited several times again. One pile was food and the rest was the white liquid vomit, about five different patches. A few minutes ago she went to the litter-box and her stools are red and looks like blood plus she has what looks like blood running down the backside of her on the fur. I check and she is not bleeding still so it much have come from when she when to the bathroom. When I got home I fed her and she ate what I gave her plus I've seen her drinking water. Since I fed her she has thrown up once, it was the white liquid vomit again. She is able to move around and while she seems slower then normal, she does seem alert. What is wrong with my cat and what can I do until tomorrow morning when I can call my vet, there no 24 hour hospitals I can call in my area and right everybody is closed. Any advice on how to keep this from getting worse or ideas of what is wrong with her is welcomed. Thanks
