Can you get the swine flu from getting the vaccine shot?

My child got the regular seasonal flu shot over a month and half ago. Day before yesterday received the swine flu shot, now has a sore throat and occasional cough, coughing up stuff infected like, not a lot of stuff about 3 times a day, but just curious if there is a connection? Slight fever occasionally ranges from 98.8-99.3
