Can someone consistently win in blackjack and earn a living as a result?

Counting cards in BJ is a mathematical edge, period. There is no luck involved. Sure, there are down streaks as well as up. When something is a plus play, meaning counting correctly is a plus play. Then the up streaks will come around more and larger than the down streaks. Bottom line is that counting cards is the easy part. Once you are good enough to have an edge, the hard part is not getting 86st from the casino. The real work is laying down your action as to keep hidden from the pit bulls. I mean pit bosses..... And this is not cheating in any form, this is skill. But in a casino, they don't want skill. They want suckers..........
