Is Obama's Policy of Dialogue with Iran's Theocratic Dictatorship working? President Obama told reporters?

What makes you think it's not, or that their rigging of the election bears on this question? I'd say the exuberance & courage of all those reform & freedom-minded citizens to take to the streets is proof positive that optimism for a better Iran in the future is warranted.
